Plus to launch condo projects

Bangkok Post : 8 March 2006

By: KANANA KATHARANGSIPORN

Plus Property Partners, a subsidiary of the listed developer Sansiri Plc, will launch six new condominium projects under the Condo One brand and aimed at the medium-end market.

Chief executive officer Maytha Chanchamcharat said Condo One units would be priced from 41,000 to 65,000 baht per square metre to serve the demand of modern consumers aged 25 years and up.

It plans a total of 734 units worth a combined 1.8 billion baht in six locations along mass-transit routes: Lat Phrao Soi 15, Lat Phrao Soi 18, Soi Kasemsant at Siam Square, Thong Lo, Sukhumvit 52 and Sukhumvit 67. Currently, the projects at Siam Square and Lat Phrao Soi 15 have sold out.

''We intend to make Condo One innovative living facilities to complement the lifestyles of modern consumers with excellent quality beyond ordinary condominiums. The rest of the projects should be completely sold out within the second quarter,'' he said.

The company has worked with partners such as Virgin Radio, Krungthai Card Plc and True Corp to provide complete services.

The 178-million-baht project on Lat Phrao Soi 15 will house 87 units priced starting at 43,000 baht per sq m while the Siam Square project, worth 436 million baht, will have 147 units priced from 65,000 baht per sq m.

The 410-million-baht Thong Lo project will have 151 units from 62,000 baht per sq m. The Lat Phrao Soi 18 project, worth 280 million baht, will have 175 units from 41,000 baht per sq m while the 241-million-baht Sukhumvit 52 project will have 95 units priced from 55,000 baht per sq m.
